Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under it. Please use a strong password and tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

Content you create — gardens, plants, photos and notes — remains yours. You grant us the limited right to host and process that content solely to provide and improve the features you use.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Use the service for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the service.
• Upload content you don't have the rights to.

AI features

Identification, diagnosis and suggestions are generated by AI and may not always be accurate. They're provided to help you, not as professional advice. For high-stakes decisions about plant health or safety, consult a specialist.

Subscriptions and credits

Some features use credits or require a subscription. Paid terms are shown at the point of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
